We are building an open-source model of the event so people can produce chapters or editions of the event while using / building on a collective body of knowledge.

Online user interface: how will our website/organization facilitate, network, and highlight CC's in multiple locations?

Legal stuff: should we form a non-profit? an association? Do we trademark our logo but allow remixes under creative commons?

-research topics if people want to prepare: BarCamp, BIL conference, producingoss handbook
