I too have been writing a few personal thank yous...but this might be a good time to send out a wrap up or notes on what is happening next year? I still have th massive list of people I contacted.  I'll start drafting up and mass thank you for attendees, but I luuuuuv some notes on the 'what's happening next year' stuff to include and pictures. MarieR

 

kpoene doing cards is super sweet.... i think that doing them for all attendees is more costly than it's worth though.  would be great to do some for sponsors and helpers though, althought really the only contact info i have for a lot of people is email.  maybe you could draft an email and we can send it to people like sherry, etc?  RLH

if you can compile the email addresses of everybody who came (from the list you used to make the evite) and send them to me in an email (separeted by carriage returns, each on a separate line) i can make a mailing list that way and we can email everyone a survey and questions and thank yous... maybe you'd be willing to compose this email too?   RLH
